Sleep Puppy Sleep

Little Pup cannot sleep! He tries everything—counting sheep, watching the stars, eating his favorite bone, and playing with the mice. But nothing seems to work and Little Pup is still wide awake. With a big sigh Little Pup returns to his basket. Mom appears with a present for her tired little puppy—a soft, cozy blanket. Mom tucks him in, turns off the light, and kisses him goodnight. Snuggled up and feeling loved, Little Pup is soon fast asleep and dreaming. Jo Parry's beautiful illustrations combine with gently rhyming text to create a soothing story for bedtime.
